About Beth McManus

Hired in 1995, Beth started her career with Child Focus as a Family Advocate and then moved on to the Substance Abuse Prevention Coordinator, Prevention & Disabilities Manager and then to Assistant Director. Beth is responsible for the overall structure, systems and procedures to facilitate early learning program excellence in addition to operating responsibility for fiscal, legal and programmatic aspects of the program in conjunction with executive agency leadership. Beth is a strong strategic planner and communicator, and excels in relationship building with both internal and external stakeholders. She makes data-driven decisions to inform program development and continuous quality improvement aligning with Child Focus strategic objectives. bmcmanus@child-focus.org
