Two Good Events for One Great Cause!
Child Focus had one great fundraising event in August and a golf outing coming up in October.
The Charity Golf Classic, sponsored by Southern Ohio Equipment Services, Park National Bank, Ameritas Life Insurance and Ulmer & Berne LLP is on Friday, October 14, 2016 at Legendary Run. The Food Sponsor that day is Michael Ilyinsky, in memory of George Lock. At Child Focus Community Mental Health, an accurate diagnosis is the key to developing an effective, personalized treatment plan. In order to identify the root causes of a child’s mental health, therapists use a number of diagnostic tools, including face-to-face interviews, reviews of patient records, interviews with family members, and standardized tests. To ensure that the treatment plan truly reflects the patient’s needs, and that treatment is effective, assessment tools and standardized tests need to be as up to date as possible. These tools are one of the most important components of a comprehensive care plan. A thorough understanding of the patient’s psychological status, psychiatric history, and cognitive function is critical for a successful mental health treatment program. To help us with the goal of improving children’s social and emotional functioning and well-being, please join us for a fun day of golf. You will help just by being there!
Please consider helping; we really need the support of our community to make these events successful! We welcome your support of Child Focus in any of the following ways:
