VP/CAO Announcement
September 9, 2019
Dear Child Focus Family,
It is my pleasure to officially announce that Susan Graham, M.Ed., L.P.C. has been appointed Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Child Focus, Inc. She will begin her new role effective September 1, 2019. The appointment of Susan Graham completes the final critical step in the establishment of Child Focus' newly restructured executive leadership team.
With more than 20 years of nonprofit administration and leadership experience, Susan will be instrumental in leading and supporting organizational infrastructure and business processes. She will assume direct responsibility for oversight of both the Behavioral Health and Early Learning Divisions as well as spearheading efforts to deploy innovative strategies and the use of technology to advance services and accessibility across the southwest region. With Susan on board, we are excited about the strength and talent of our executive leadership team. Child Focus is positioned to move forward as the industry leader for behavioral health and early learning services. Our future is bright and we project to grow in size and influence in the coming year.
Formerly, Susan was the Director of Education Liaisons for over 16 years and a mental health clinician with Child Focus starting in 1994. Susan earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development from Michigan State University and her Masters of Education in Agency and Community Counseling from Xavier University. Her leadership at Child Focus includes strategic planning, data analysis, grant writing and advocacy at local, state and national levels. She has conducted countless national and international trainings and publications on a variety of mental health topics. Susan was instrumental in conducting a system-wide needs assessment for school based mental health services in 2001-2003 as a Program Manager at the Clermont County Mental Health and Recovery Board which resulted in the development of programming which now extends into 72 schools. We are excited to write this new chapter of Child Focus with our finalized leadership team.
Warmly,
Pamela Lindeman, CEO
