With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky (graduating in December 2024), Riley brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to her role. Prior to becoming a Mental Health Consultant, she worked as a Behavioral Technician and is trained in play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). With over seven years of experience working with children, Riley has developed a strong understanding of child development and effective therapeutic interventions. Alannah has been a part of the Child Focus Early Childhood in Mental Health team since October 2024 and is working to support and strengthen this program at Child Focus and improve the quality of lives for the littlest of youth. Victoria (Tori) Silvati, Psy.D., completed her graduate training in clinical psychology at the University of Indianapolis in 2024. She is currently completing her post-doctoral fellowship at Child Focus and working toward independent licensure as a Clinical Psychologist. Her previous clinical experiences have involved working at private practice outpatient settings and university counseling centers, including completing her doctoral internship at the University of Tennessee – Knoxville, Student Counseling Center. At Child Focus Dr. Silvati offers individual, family, and group therapy, alongside conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations.
